Joe Ibach, MAI Email Joe Qualifications Joe has been honing his skills in real estate appraisal for more than 48 years, founding Dakota Appraisal & Consulting in 1982. He holds the Appraisal Institute's distinguished MAI designation and state Certified General Real Property Appraiser licenses and invests in commercial real estate. Joe is an active leader in professional appraiser organizations and regulatory bodies at the state and national levels. His record of service includes roles as the Past-President of the Association of Appraisal Regulatory Officials, Chair and Investigative Reviewer for of the North Dakota Appraiser Board, President of the North Dakota Appraisers Association, and Board Member of the North Star Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Corey Kost, MAI Email Corey Qualifications Corey's engineering background provides a solid foundation from which he has built on his passion for real estate valuation. He owns and actively manages multi-family, self-storage, and land investments, holds multiple state Certified General Real Property Appraiser licenses, and is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Appraisers holding this designation have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience, and demonstration of knowledge, understanding, and ability in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other property types. Over the course of 19 years of professional real estate experience, Corey has developed a specialized knowledge of western North Dakota's Bakken real estate market. Corey is deeply committed to future of the appraisal profession, continually working to enhance the public trust in appraisers through service in the regulatory arena and professional appraiser associations at both the state and national levels. He is the current Chair of the North Dakota Appraiser Board, a past Director of the Association of Appraisal Regulatory Officials, a Trustee for the Appraisal Institute Insurance Trust, a Regional Representative of the Appraisal Institute, and a charter member of the North Dakota Appraiser Association. He actively invests in the community where he was born and raised. This lifelong resident has amassed a strong knowledge of local real estate, its history, and people behind it. Belinda Maher Qualifications Belinda is an expert on south-central North Dakota's rural markets. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser with 17 years of appraisal experience. Jeni Bergquist Qualifications Jeni is an expert in Bismarck-Mandan residential real estate. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser with four years of appraisal experience and holds an active real estate salesperson license. Laura Kessler Qualifications Laura has been providing assistance to our commercial real estate appraisal team since 2021. She is a Certified General Appraiser with three years of appraisal experience. Judah Coleman Qualifications Judah has been providing assistance to our commercial real estate appraisal team since 2022 and has eight years of experience as a real estate salesperson. |
